Here you can see the Opto GmbH production our CEO doing a spot check of aluminum components with our imaging modules. The case with two modules of different magnification allows him to document even the smallest defects in the micrometer range. With the freely supplied OptoViewer software, he can quickly carry out small measurements with a laptop, label them and share them accordingly in the network. Thus, on-site quality assurance is possible within a few minutes. This case with a tripod and imaging modules should be part of every production. The Imaging Module family of the 2nd generation of our digital microscopes now also includes a GigE version in addition to the existing USB 3.1 version and they are particularly interesting for machine builders and classic image processing applications. LabVIEW and the Imaging Modules are working together now. The ease of use is unique. We have designed a new Opto Imaging Module Toolkit for LabVIEW. That means for LabVIEW users, it is extremely easy to add images to their application now. The Imaging Modules Interface for LabVIEW is a software add-on that allows you to control Imaging Modules within LabVIEW. With this toolkit, you can optimally configure the illumination and the camera parameters of the Imaging Modules and acquire images.

The Opto Calibration Target is ideal for combining resolution tests together with calibration setups for distance measurements. Therefor in the center there is a crosshair with 18x18mm in length and in the center a miniaturized structure with minimal line distances of 10 microns and a line thickness of 2 Microns. Optical calibration and resolution testing are critical metrics in understanding and optimizing any optical system. Calibration Target with Resolution Test of more than 1000LP. High resolution micro-imaging calibration.
The test Target allows the calibration of measurement functions in microscopes, to analyze particles and measure. A field of objects in different forms and sizes allow the user to check: rectangles, ellipsis, circles, rings and even fibre-shaped objects. Our Fluorescence Imaging Modules allow Digital Droplet PCR in a completely new way and compactness. Digital droplet-based assays are offering promising opportunities for the absolute quantitation of low concentrated analytic species. During the amplification, a fluorescence dye is formed or activated. The positive droplets become fluorescent. Absolute quantitation of the number of target molecules is simplified to the count of fluorescence active droplets in the generated droplet collection. The test Target allows the calibration of measurement functions in microscopes, to analyze particles and measure. A field of objects in different forms and sizes allow the user to check: rectangles, ellipsis, circles, rings and even fibre-shaped objects. Optical calibration and resolution testing are critical metrics in understanding and optimizing any optical system. Calibration Target with Resolution Test of more than 1000LP. High resolution micro-imaging calibration.
The test Target allows the calibration of measurement functions in microscopes, to analyze particles and measure. A field of objects in different forms and sizes allow the user to check: rectangles, ellipsis, circles, rings and even fibre-shaped objects. To determine optical distortions there are three different sized arrays of cross-targets. The smallest Object is as small as 5μm.

The Cleanalyzer is a high-end analytical system designed to examine particles on filters – a key procedure in performing reliable and reproducible evaluation of component cleanliness. Precision mechanical parts machined to exact tolerances are susceptible to damage or malfunction caused by particulate contamination. To address this issue, component cleanliness must be measured, and quantified in order to guarantee full function and to avoid failures due to particulate damage. The Cleanalyzer system is a powerful, fully integrated test platform which enables precision measurement, analysis and documentation of this critical cleanliness indicator. Cleanalyzer is fully compliant with all current particulate standards. The currently valid standards were integrated into the specialized measuring software.

On 01.02.1980 the present Opto GmbH was founded in Munich under the name Opto Sonderbedarf GmbH with the aim of "planning, development and production of technical optical products with associated items of an electronic, electrical and mechanical nature". Now after 40 years we have removed the "Sonderbedarf" from the name but our partners still appreciate our reliability and quality in the regular delivery of customer specific imaging modules. Over the years software competence has come to the original goals and allows us today to deliver high performance intelligent sensors.

solino CPI is the Opto Software for computational imaging, using the stray information of the surfaces to process image DATA. With the solino Technology behind it, we get much more information of the object than we can show in an image only. Perfect for DATA mining. Challenge us and find the difference.
