we would like to inform you that we will be implementing a major system-wide upgrade to our ERP system on Sunday, January 19, 2020.
This procedure has been planned for many months in partnership with our experienced IT systems house, and following a series of successful test scenarios, we expect minimal impact to our day-to-day business.
The implementation of this major upgrade will bring significant enhancements to our planning processes in addition to an unprecedented level of digital data management that designed to streamline day-to-day operations and enable our data to be available to us anytime, anywhere.
As a valued partner, supplier or customer to us, you might recognize the changeover by the change in appearance of some of our documentation, which will include:
- Order confirmations
- Credit notes
- Purchase orders
- RMA Documents
Whilst we do not anticipate any issues in the migration to our new system, there could be temporary delays in internal procedures and document issue timings.
