Build to Print

An increasing number of our customers look to us for more cost-effective approaches and alternatives to their own in-house manufacture and assembly. Here at Opto, we are able to offer a leading contract manufacturing and build-to-print service for customers requiring specialist machining of high precision metal parts in small to midsize volumes.

In addition to traditional machining processes such as multi-axis CNC turning and milling, we are also able to offer a range of other processes – from sandblasting and laser engraving all the way to precision assembly and testing. We are proud to utilise processes and procedures which enable us to operate JIT and we can even offer seamless integration into your MRP & ERP systems.
